# If the game window is unstable or keeps closing \[EPIC Netmarble Launcher, GPG Netmarble Launcher]

* This issue may occur in PC environments where PowerShell or .NET Framework 4.x (such as Windows N edition) cannot be used.
* After running the Netmarble Launcher, you must apply the following solution.

#### \[Solution] Manually run Netmarble Launcher helper

1. Open Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc).
2. Find the running process in the \[Processes] or \[Details] tab, right-click it, and click \[End task].

* Process name:
  * a. EPIC Netmarble Launcher: Netmarble Launcher\_EPIC helper
  * b. GPG Netmarble Launcher: Netmarble Launcher\_GPGS helper

3\. Go to the EPIC/GPG Netmarble Launcher installation folder on your PC.

4\. Find the file in the path below, right-click it, select \[Run as administrator], and run the game.

* Path: Launcher installation folder\resources\ (The file name listed above)
