# Game installation does not proceed in Google Play Games

The following symptoms have been confirmed as issues on the Google Play Games (GPG) side, not the Netmarble Launcher.

* Only 'Setting up...' is displayed and the install button does not appear
* The message 'Your device isn't compatible with this item' is displayed
* On PC, only the mobile 'Install' button is shown without the 'Install on Windows' button

If the symptoms persist after restarting Google Play Games or updating it to the latest version, please contact Customer Support.

* In some cases, installation became possible after changing the country/region setting of the Google account to the actual country of use.
