# The launcher does not work properly with a 'Server delay' notice

This issue occurs when your PC's network environment (proxy, certificate inspection by security software, etc.) prevents the launcher from loading required files. In most cases this is a PC environment issue, not a server outage.

In particular, this can occur when the root certificates (DigiCert Global Root G2 / G3) are missing or corrupted on your PC. Please check the following in order.

1. Check whether the certificates are installed: Press Windows key + R, type certmgr.msc in the Run window, and click OK. Under \[Trusted Root Certification Authorities] > \[Certificates], check whether 'DigiCert Global Root G2' and 'DigiCert Global Root G3' are listed.
2. If the certificates are missing, download the 'DigiCert Global Root G2' and 'DigiCert Global Root G3' certificates from the official DigiCert page.
3. Run each downloaded certificate file and click \[Install Certificate]. When selecting the certificate store, choose 'Place all certificates in the following store' > 'Trusted Root Certification Authorities', then complete the installation.
4. After installation, verify the certificates are registered using the method in step 1, then run the launcher again.

* These certificates are included by default in Windows and modern browsers, but cases have been confirmed where they were missing or corrupted in some PC environments.
