# El launcher se congela

El launcher se detiene durante la actualización y no responde.

* En algunos entornos, el launcher puede congelarse mientras se actualiza.
* Si el problema continúa, reinstala el launcher siguiendo los pasos que se indican a continuación.

#### **\[Solución]**

1. Descarga el archivo de instalación del launcher
   * Selecciona la versión correspondiente a tu launcher y descárgala.
   * <mark style="color:red;">⚠️ No es necesario eliminar el launcher ni el juego.</mark>

2. Ejecuta el archivo de instalación
3. Inicia el juego
   * Netmarble Launcher
     * Tras reinstalar, podrás acceder directamente al juego.
   * GPG / Epic Netmarble Launcher
     * Reinicia el juego desde el sitio oficial, Google Play Games o Epic Games Launcher.
