# Se la finestra di gioco è instabile o si chiude continuamente \[EPIC Netmarble Launcher, GPG Netmarbl

* Questo problema potrebbe verificarsi in ambienti PC in cui non è possibile utilizzare PowerShell o .NET Framework 4.x (come Windows N edition, ecc.).
* Dopo aver avviato il Netmarble Launcher, è necessario eseguire la seguente soluzione.

#### \[Soluzione] Eseguire manualmente Netmarble Launcher helper

1. Apri Gestione attività (Ctrl+Shift+Esc).
2. Trova il processo in esecuzione nella scheda \[Processi] o \[Dettagli], fai clic con il tasto destro e seleziona \[Termina attività].

* Nome del processo:
  * a. EPIC Netmarble Launcher: Netmarble Launcher\_EPIC helper
  * b. GPG Netmarble Launcher: Netmarble Launcher\_GPGS helper

3\. Vai alla cartella di installazione del EPIC/GPG Netmarble Launcher sul tuo PC.

4\. Trova il file nel percorso sottostante, fai clic con il tasto destro, seleziona \[Esegui come amministratore] e avvia il gioco.

* Percorso: Nome del file sopra riportato nella cartella di installazione del launcher\resources
