# 不明なエラー発生に関するアラート

※ ランチャーのインストールファイルをダウンロードする際に発生したエラーの場合は、\[[ダウンロード時の「不明なエラー(api)](/faq-jp/launcher-download/5.md)」]をご参照ください。

* Launcher画面右上の更新ボタンをクリックしても解決しない場合は、LauncherまたはPCの再起動をお試しください。
* それでも問題が解決しない場合は、Launcherを削除してから再度インストールをお試しください。

#### \[Launcher起動前に必要環境をご確認ください]

1. OSバージョンWindows 10以上
2. PCのストレージに約20GBの空き容量が必要
