# その他の起動不可能トラブル

### 方法1. Windows管理者権限を設定後、Netmarble Launcherを再起動

* Windows権限管理者設定の影響でLauncherが正常に起動しない問題が発生する可能性があります。
* 以下の解決方法で設定を変更してから、Netmarble Launcherを再起動してください。

#### \[解決方法]

1. Netmarble Launcherのデスクトップアイコンを右クリック>\[プロパティ]をクリック
2. プロパティ画面内の\[互換性]タブをクリック
3. \[設定]項目>「管理者としてこのプログラムを実行する」にチェックし、\[適用]ボタンをクリック

### 方法2. 互換性のトラブルシューティングツールの実行

* 方法1を試しても引き続きNetmarble Launcherが起動しない場合は、互換性のトラブルシューティングを実行してください。
* 詳細は以下の内容をご確認ください。

1. Netmarble Launcherのデスクトップアイコンを右クリック>\[プロパティ]をクリック
2. プロパティ画面内の\[互換性]タブをクリック
3. 画面上部の\[互換性のトラブルシューティングツールの実行]ボタンをクリック
4. オプション選択のポップアップで\[推奨設定を使用する]をクリック
5. プログラムの互換性設定テストのポップアップで、\[プログラムテスト]ボタンをクリックしてから\[次へ]ボタンをクリック
6. トラブルシューティング完了のポップアップで、\[はい、このプログラムのこの設定を保存します]をクリック
