# ランチャーが停止する問題

* 一部の環境で、ランチャー更新中に停止することがあります。
* しばらく待っても解決しない場合は、以下の手順でランチャーを再インストールしてください。

**1. ランチャーインストーラーのダウンロード**

* ご利用のランチャーに合わせてダウンロードしてください。
* <mark style="color:red;">⚠️ ランチャーやゲームを削除する必要はありません。</mark>

2\. インストーラーを実行\
3\. ゲームを起動

* Netmarble Launcher
  * 再インストール後、すぐにゲーム画面へアクセスできます。
* GPG / Epic Netmarble Launcher
  * ブランドサイト、Google Play Games、Epic Games Launcherから再起動してください。
