# ランチャーでログインできない

ご利用のPC環境でログイン用のブラウザ画面を正常に読み込めない場合に発生する問題です。以下のいずれかの方法で解決できます。

1. Chromeブラウザをインストールした後、再度ログインをお試しください。
   * ダウンロード : <https://www.google.com/intl/ja_jp/chrome/>
2. ソーシャルログインの代わりに、Netmarbleアカウント（メールアドレス）でログインしてください。
