# リモートON設定時にエラー発生

* リモートONの設定が完了する前にNetmarble Launcherを終了したり、正常ではない方法でプログラムのインストールが試された場合の現象です。
* リモートファイルが損傷しているため、該当のファイルがインストールされたパスにアクセスし、ファイルを削除してから再設定してください。
* 詳細は下記の解決方法をご確認ください。

#### \[解決方法]

1. Netmarble Launcherがインストールされたパスの\[agent]フォルダにアクセス
   * デフォルトのインストールパス：C:\Program Files\Netmarble\Netmarble Launcher\agent
2. \[agent]フォルダ内のすべてのフォルダを削除
3. Netmarble Launcherに再ログイン>\[リモートON]に再度設定
