# Google Play Games에서 게임 설치가 진행되지 않아요

아래 증상은 넷마블 런처가 아닌 Google Play Games(GPG) 측 이슈로 확인된 사례입니다.

* '설정 중...'만 계속 표시되고 설치 버튼이 나타나지 않는 경우
* '기기가 이 항목과 호환되지 않습니다' 문구가 노출되는 경우
* PC에서 'Windows에 설치' 버튼 없이 모바일용 '설치' 버튼만 보이는 경우

Google Play Games를 재실행하거나 최신 버전으로 업데이트한 후에도 증상이 지속될 경우, 고객센터로 문의해주세요.

※ 일부 사례에서는 Google 계정의 국가/지역 설정을 실제 이용 국가로 변경한 후 설치가 가능해진 것으로 확인되었습니다.
