* 리모트 서비스를 이용할 수 없다면 아래의 3가지 조건이 모두 충족되었는지를 확인해 주세요.
* 아래 조건을 모두 충족했는데도 계속해서 오류가 반복될 경우 고객센터에서 1:1 문의 접수를 부탁 드립니다. (고객센터: <https://help.netmarble.com/> )&#x20;

1. 넷마블 커넥트와 런처 게임에 동일한 계정으로 로그인된 상태
2. 런처 게임 '리모트 ON’ 설정 상태
3. 넷마블 커넥트 기기 등록 완료 상태
