# 下載啟動器時出現「未知錯誤(api)」訊息

Q. 下載啟動器安裝檔時，出現「發生未知錯誤，請稍後再試。(api)」的訊息。

當您的電腦網路環境（防火牆、代理伺服器設定等）封鎖啟動器安裝檔的下載時，會發生此問題。詳細解決方法請參考以下內容。

1. 請暫時關閉使用中的防毒軟體後再試一次。
2. 若您使用防火牆或代理伺服器，請確認Netmarble相關網址（\*.netmarble.com）未被封鎖。
3. 若懷疑是憑證問題，請參考\[[「伺服器延遲](/faq-tc/launcher-launch/8.md)」訊息]文章中的憑證確認與安裝方法。
4. 若以上方法仍無法解決，可透過以下連結在瀏覽器中直接下載安裝檔。
