# 執行安裝檔後仍無法安裝

Q. 執行啟動器安裝檔後仍無法安裝。/ 安裝過程中發生錯誤。

若啟動器安裝失敗，請依以下順序確認。

1. 請確認電腦是否有足夠的儲存空間。
2. 請暫時關閉使用中的防毒軟體後重新嘗試安裝。
3. 若需變更GPG/Epic Netmarble Launcher的安裝路徑，請安裝至無需系統管理員權限的資料夾（例如：使用者資料夾底下）。
4. 若下載的安裝檔已損毀，安裝可能失敗。請參考\[[下載檔案異常提示](/faq-tc/launcher-download/3.md)]文章。
5. 若電腦中殘留先前安裝的啟動器，請在Windows設定 > 應用程式 > 已安裝的應用程式中移除「Netmarble Launcher（GPG: \_GPGS、EPIC: \_EPIC）」後重新安裝。
