# 「必要更新」訊息後安裝失敗並不斷重複

Q. 出現「正在進行必要更新」訊息後安裝失敗，且相同過程不斷重複。

※ 若「Unhandled Promise Rejection」彈窗出現在遠端(Remote)設定過程中，請參考\[[開啟遠端時發生錯誤](/faq-tc/remote/5.md)]文章。

當電腦中重複安裝了Netmarble Launcher導致設定衝突時，可能會發生此問題。詳細解決方法請參考以下內容。

1. 在Windows設定 > 應用程式 > 已安裝的應用程式中搜尋「Netmarble Launcher（GPG: \_GPGS、EPIC: \_EPIC）」。
2. 請移除搜尋到的所有項目。
3. 重新啟動電腦後，透過遊戲官方網站或Google Play Games／Epic Games Store重新安裝啟動器。

※ 安裝過程中出現「Unhandled Promise Rejection」彈窗時，也可透過相同方法解決。\
※ 也有僅重新啟動電腦即可自行解決的案例。執行上述步驟前，建議先嘗試重新啟動電腦。
