# 在Google Play Games中遊戲無法安裝

Q. 在Google Play Games中遊戲安裝無法進行。

以下症狀已確認為Google Play Games（GPG）方面的問題，而非Netmarble Launcher的問題。

* 一直顯示「設定中...」，安裝按鈕不出現
* 顯示「您的裝置與此項目不相容」
* 在電腦上只顯示行動版「安裝」按鈕，沒有「在Windows上安裝」按鈕

若重新啟動Google Play Games或更新至最新版本後症狀仍持續，請聯繫客服中心。

※ 部分案例中，將Google帳戶的國家/地區設定變更為實際使用國家後即可安裝。
