# 發生未知錯誤的警告

※ 若錯誤發生在下載啟動器安裝檔的過程中，請參考\[[下載時出現「未知錯誤(api)」](/faq-tc/launcher-download/5.md)]文章。

* 若點擊Launcher右側上方的重新整理也無法排除問題時，請重新執行Launcher或重新啟動PC。
* 若依然無法排除問題，請刪除Launcher後重新安裝。

#### \[執行Launcher前檢查]

1. 版本為Windows 10以上
2. PC內須有20 GB以上的容量

若以上方法仍無法解決，可能是電腦的憑證問題。請參考\[「[伺服器延遲」訊息](/faq-tc/launcher-launch/8.md)]文章中的憑證確認與安裝方法。
