# I cannot log in from the launcher

This issue occurs when the browser screen used for login cannot be loaded properly in your PC environment. It can be resolved with one of the two methods below.

1. Install the Chrome browser and try logging in again.
   * Download: <https://www.google.com/chrome/>
2. Log in with your Netmarble account (email) instead of social login.
