Automatic Installation Failure

Automatic installation has failed. What should I do?

  • The installation may be interrupted if your auto-install scheduling history is deleted, or if your network is unstable or your device is low on storage at the time of the auto-install. Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue.

[How to Resolve]

  1. Make sure you have enough storage space on your PC. (You can check the game's size on the official forum)

  2. Open Netmarble Launcher and go to the details screen for the game you pre-registered for.

  3. Click the 'Install' button on the bottom right of the screen to proceed with manual installation.
