# Update Closes Unexpectedly

* If the game update keeps failing, another program running on your PC may be using (locking) the game files. Please restart your PC before reinstalling, then try the update again.
* Even after restarting, When the Launcher or a game update closes unexpectedly due to a network error or PC restart, you may have to reinstall the game.
* If this problem occurs, the "Install" button will be displayed, and clicking it will begin the game's reinstallation process. You can run the game normally after reinstalling it.
