# Cannot Use the Remote Service

I can't use remote service on Netmarble Connect.

* If you are unable to use the Remote Service, please check that all 3 conditions below are met.
* If you have met all of the conditions below and the error still continues to occur, please contact the customer center for 1:1 support. (Customer service: <https://help.netmarble.com/> )&#x20;

#### \[Conditions for Remote Service]

1. You are logged in to Netmarble Connect and the game on the Launcher with the same account.&#x20;
2. The launcher's remote setting is set to 'ON'.&#x20;
3. Netmarble Connect device registration is complete.
