Cannot Use the Remote Service
I can't use remote service on Netmarble Connect.
If you are unable to use the Remote Service, please check that all 4 conditions below are met.
If you have met all of the conditions below and the error still continues to occur, please contact the customer center for 1:1 support. (Customer service: https://help.netmarble.com/ )

You are logged in to Netmarble Connect and the Launcher with the same account.
The launcher's remote setting is set to 'ON'.
Netmarble Connect device registration is complete.
Netmarble Connect and Launcher versions are compatible versions.
