Service Introduction
Netmarble Connect is a remote service that allows you to play PC games running on the Netmarble Launcher remotely using the Netmarble Connect app.

As long as you have a mobile device with the Netmarble Connect app installed, you can play remotely anywhere, anytime, even while traveling domestically or overseas.

1. To play remotely, you must have Netmarble Launcher running on your PC and be logged in on the launcher. Please check Stay Logged In to prevent interruptions during remote play. - Please only enable this option on your personal computer.
2. Log in to the Netmarble Launcher and change the remote setting to ON. - Remote settings can only be changed while you are logged in.
3. Download and install the Netmarble Connect app on your mobile device.
4. Log in to Netmarble Connect using the same account that you logged into the Netmarble Launcher with on your PC.
5. Select the Start button Netmarble Connect's Remote menu and register your device to keep your account secure!
6. Tap the Launch Game button on the Game tab to start remote play!
Install/Launch Games
Yes, you can!
The "Install Game" button will appear once you select a PC to run the game on. Tap the button to install the game remotely. However, game installation may fail if the following problems occur, so please make sure your PC has enough storage space and set up the required installation program.
※ Remote installation may fail in the following cases!
The program required to run games is not installed on your PC
Your PC doesn't have enough storage space
There is a network issue on your PC or mobile device
The Netmarble Launcher requires a critical update
This message is shown when there is no PC available for remote connection.

Login/Registration
Netmarble Connect does not allow duplicate logins.
If the account you are using is being used on another device, only the most recent login will be active. Your older session will expire and you will be logged out. If you experience this issue with your account, please change your account password and sign in again. Follow the steps below to change your password.
Connect app > Settings menu > Manage Account > Tap the hamburger button in the upper right corner > My Info > Password Management

Account Security
No. You will not be able to use the remote service without registering your device. To protect your valuable game account, please register your device before using the service.
Yes. Games and Netmarble Connect each require you to register your device. If you plan to use the remote service, please register your device once again in the Connect app for account security.
Netmarble Connect allows you to register a total of seven devices with one mobile phone number per account.
If you change your mobile number or registered all 7 devices and cannot delete them, please contact customer support.
Please be sure to include your Netmarble Connect membership number listed in the Connect app settings when contacting customer support.
Remote
There are two ways you can set up game character status notifications.
App settings > All Notifications (ON) > Remote Notification Settings
(When game is linked to PC) Remote menu > Tap the streaming area > Show horizontal full screen > Tap the floating 'Settings' button > Select 'Game Notification Settings'
In the Remote Notification Settings menu, you can set the overall notification settings for remote services and whether to receive notifications only when the game is in sleep mode. For each game, you can set various notification options to receive status notifications for the character you're currently playing on PC.
Tap the 'Settings' gear icon at the top right of the Remote menu to access the resolution settings on the Remote Settings page.
Select Remote Settings > Resolution and choose your preferred resolution.
Please note that streaming can be adversely affected if you choose a quality other than Auto. High quality video may appear choppy in poor network environments, and low quality video may result in poor picture quality in stable network environments.
The remote service can be used with mobile data (5G, LTE, etc.) or Wi-Fi, and requires a broadband connection of at least 3 Mbps (recommended 10 Mbps or higher).
Please note that the quality of the remote service may vary depending on your carrier network or Wi-Fi connection, and you may be charged carrier fees when playing remotely over mobile data.
After the game is launched from the Remote menu and the stream connection is made, tap the area where the stream is shown to display the Remote Play screen.
The vertical default screen that displays the stream after launching the game remotely does not support remote play, and some games provide simple game linking information.
Check: Sound is set to ON when the remote play screen is switched, so game sounds may be played.
You can turn the sound ON/OFF on the Remote Settings page that appears when you tap the 'Settings' gear icon at the top right of the Remote Menu.
When Sound is set to ON
When you switch to the remote play screen, sound is output at the sound volume set on your device.
Please make sure to adjust your device's sound settings before using it.
When Sound is set to OFF
Sound will never be output when you switch to the remote play screen.
If you want to hear the game again, set Sound to ON and adjust the volume on your device.
Community
To leave comments or make posts, you must have an account for that community's game.
To use the community, please install the game from the remote menu and create a game character or log out and log in with a different Netmarble ID that has a game account.
Purchases
Unfortunately, you cannot make purchases using the remote service.
Please check the game on mobile or PC, or check the official website to find out how to make purchases.
Other
You can change the display order for games by going to the app's "View More" menu > Change Game Order.
Put your favorite games at the top so they're always the first to appear.
